We provide a clear and practical refund policy for the Pro plan.
7-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment date. In most normal cases, we do not require complicated proof. Your order email, license code, or payment reference is enough for verification.
How to request a refund
- Email support@hcznai.com.
- Include the order email, license code, or payment order number.
- Once verified, we will process the refund through the original payment channel where possible.
Limits and exclusions
- Orders beyond the 7-day window are generally not eligible for no-questions-asked refunds.
- We may refuse refunds in clear cases of abuse, resale, or attempts to circumvent licensing limits.
- If a payment provider or local law imposes mandatory refund rules, those rules take precedence where required.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is completed, the related Pro license may be revoked or deactivated, and bound devices may lose Pro access.
